Paul Doman, President and CEO
As President and CEO, as well as a member of the board of directors, Paul sets the strategic direction of the company, manages sales, operations, compliance, and oversees information technology and the company’s financial systems. Paul brings extensive operational, sales and board-level experience in the national settlement service industry, focusing on all aspects of the real estate lending industry. Prior to joining Accurate Group in 2009 and transforming the company into its current fast-growing leadership position, Paul served as President of First American’s Equity Loan Services Division where he focused on leading a team of five hundred employees and developed creative solutions for the home equity lending niche. He began his real estate services career with First American in 1995 and gained extensive national experience working in all areas of the business including title searching, title, escrow and appraisal production, title underwriting, and as a corporate attorney.
Michael Cullen, Chief Information Officer
Mike specializes in the application of technology towards Real Estate Transaction Services. Prior to joining Accurate Group in 2009, Mike was a key innovator while enabling First American Equity Loan Services to grow yearly revenue from 3 to over 90 million dollars per year. Mike served in the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for both First American Equity Loan Services and First American Lenders Advantage. Mike’s early background was in software development where he drove growth for entrepreneurial technology and consulting companies.
Patrick J. Mulloy, Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Pat is responsible for directing the Company’s long-term financial and strategic plans, including managing the day to day financial affairs. Prior to joining Accurate Group, Pat served as Chief Financial Officer for Human Arc Corporation in Cleveland, where he focused on driving enterprise value through acquisition and planned profitable organic growth. Prior to Human Arc, Pat served as Director of Finance at Hyland Software in Cleveland and as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Pat is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Hillsdale College, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and completed the Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Scott Waxman, Chief Appraiser & President, Accurate ValueNet
Scott oversees the operations of Accurate ValueNet, a division of Accurate Group that was acquired in August 2013. Prior to the acquisition by Accurate Group, Scott was the founder and CEO of ValueNet, a nationwide provider of alternative real estate appraisals that enables lenders to achieve time and cost savings while maintaining appraisal reliability. Prior to starting ValueNet, Scott was Chief Appraiser for Home Savings of America.
Frank Guarnera, Executive Director – Valuations
Frank has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to joining Accurate Group, Frank served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for First American Corporation responsible for consultative sales and the management of the overall business relationship for mid-sized regional banks and lenders throughout the country. In 2007, Frank coordinated and co-managed the Louisiana Road Home Project, a project designed to appraise the 125,000 plus homes destroyed in Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Prior to that Frank was the Regional Appraisal Manager for Ameriquest Mortgage where he was responsible for developing, piloting and implementing a state-of-the-art appraisal vendor management system designed to ensure appraiser independence.
Michael Kirk, SVP of Strategic Valuation Initiatives
With 20 years of experience on both sides of the real estate appraisal and lending industries, Mike is uniquely positioned to keep Accurate Group at the forefront of appraisal and valuation innovation. Prior to joining Accurate Group, Mike held the role of Chief Residential Appraiser for The Huntington Bank. Mike is a certified appraiser and started his career as an independent fee appraiser before transitioning to residential real estate lending and holding positions with multiple banks. Mike also has experience in the operations side of appraisal management, including vendor management and quality control, and is a recognized expert in the industry. As an early client adopter of the iValueNet interior valuation product while at Huntington Bank, Mike is now a champion and subject matter expert on the product for Accurate Group. Mike was honored to participate in the establishment of the Detroit Home Mortgage program, which is now helping to revitalize the Motor City.
Steve Baczkowski, SVP and Title Operations Director
As the Title Operations Director for Accurate Group, Steve has wide area of responsibility including the oversight of all of Accurate Group’s Charlotte-based residential title operations, Cincinnati-based commercial title operations and Cleveland-based escrow center. Steve joined Accurate Group following fourteen years of diverse operational experience with First American Title Insurance Company’s Mortgage Services Division. As a Senior Operations Director, Steve managed a $40 million budget and led dynamic teams of over 200 employees across multiple locations throughout the country. While at First American, Steve’s management responsibilities included leadership roles in Home Equity, Insured and Uninsured Title, Signature Services, Valuation and Appraisal operations. Steve began his career in the mortgage industry with Third Federal’s appraisal management unit. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
Thomas Lammert, SVP and General Counsel
Tom is responsible for the legal affairs of Accurate Group. With 30 years of legal experience, twenty of which as counsel to financial services firms, Tom brings a depth of knowledge to solutions for Accurate Group and its customers. Tom most recently served for thirteen years as General Counsel to National Real Estate Information Services where he oversaw legal and regulatory matters for NREIS, its affiliates and joint ventures . Tom spent five years in private practices with Reed Smith Shaw & McClay followed by eight years as Senior Counsel – Litigation and Intellectual Property at PNC Bank. Tom has held leadership positions with The Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA) and the Real Estate Settlement Providers Council, Inc. (RESPRO). Tom is a licensed title insurance agent in 30 states.
Diane Delia, SVP Client Services and New Account Implementation
With over 30 years experience in national title, escrow, and mortgage industries, Diane leads an enthusiastic team to implement products, services and workflows tailored to meet the needs of equity lenders. She brings dedication to the customer service role, knowledge of customer needs, and a tremendous ability to provide superior customer satisfaction. Diane is responsible for new client implementation and management of the client service team.
