We’re pleased to announce that Accurate Group and Brookfield Real Property Solutions (Brookfield RPS) Inc. have launched a new joint venture business known as BRPS Title LLC. The joint venture provides relocation, residential and commercial title insurance and title services to Brookfield RPS’s internal volumes initially to be followed by third-party volumes.
Brookfield Property Group is one of the largest owners of commercial real estate in North America and a subsidiary of Brookfield, a global alternative asset manager with more than $175 billion in assets under management. Brookfield’s Global Relocation Service is a leader for the design and management of domestic and international relocation and assignment services throughout the world.
The joint venture is a new entity that is partly owned by the Accurate Group through its holding companies and partly owned by Brookfield RPS. The goal was to establish a new company that would get licensed in the jurisdictions and attract business from Brookfield RPS entities needing title work.
